Q: Can I remove TACA desktop widget from automatically loading each time I start my computer?

A: Yes. But the process is different for PC and Mac.

For PC:
To do this, go through the Start menu Start>All Programs>Startup>TACA, right click on the TACA and choose delete. You will now need to load the widget manually by clicking on the TACA shortcut on your desktop.

For Mac:
To do this, drag TACA icon in your dock to the Trash. You will now need to load TACA manually by clicking on TACA icon from the folder where the application was installed.

Q: Why does TACA icon disappear from my system tray?

A: Be sure that the option Hide Inactive Icons is not active.
1) Right Click on the Task Bar and select Properties.
2) On the Taskbar tab, check the Notification Area to see if "Hide Inactive Icons" option is selected.
3) Unselect and click "Apply."

If neither of these works, try restarting the application by right clicking on the system tray icon (dock icon for Mac) and choosing Restart.
